 What makes Crafted Spoils different from other prop makers?

 We focus on screen-accurate, high-quality props using the latest technology and techniques. Each piece is crafted with precision and a passion for authenticity — whether for display, cosplay, or collection.

Are all of your props handmade?

Yes! Every item is hand-finished and assembled with care. We use advanced tools like 3D printers, resin casting, and detailed painting to ensure every piece meets a professional standard, where we then hand check each part and assemble them by hand.

 Do you accept custom commissions?

 Absolutely. You can submit your idea or reference images, and our team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, keeping you involved throughout the process.

 What franchises or games do you make props from?

We are wanting to work with lots of companies, this is currently being looked into. Feel free to request something unique!

 Where are you based and do you ship internationally?

We’re based in the UK, and yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

How long does it take to receive my order?

 Production times vary depending on the piece and whether it's custom or made-to-order. Generally, expect 1–3 weeks for standard orders and longer for custom commissions. Shipping time is additional.

 Can I request a rush order for a specific date or event?

Yes, we try to accommodate rush orders when possible. Contact us in advance with your deadline and we’ll do our best to help.

What materials do you use? Are the props durable?

 We use a mix of PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, resin, high-grade plastics, and paints(ACRYLIC) to ensure durability and realism. Our props are intended for display and cosplay — just handle with care like any collectible.

 Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes! If it's not a custom order and the item is broken or has defects a full refund can be accepted. Please contact us and we’ll make it right.
