Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
1) You request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
2) The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
3) You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Certain types of goods may be non-refundable (see Section 5).
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at CraftedSpoils.com with the following details:
1)Your full name
2) Order number
3) Reason for the refund
4) Photos (if the item was damaged or defective)
We will respond within [2–5 business days] with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Unless the item was received damaged or incorrect:
1) You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
2) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item was defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–10 business days] via your original payment method.
Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
1) Gift cards
2) Personalised or custom-made products
3) Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
1) Check your bank or credit card statement again
2) Contact your payment provider
3) If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at CraftedSpoils.com
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at CraftedSpoilsTeam@gmail.com
