Refund Policy

Refund Policy/Physical Products

Thank you for shopping with CraftedSpoils. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
     

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
     

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
     

Certain types of goods may be non-refundable (see Section 5).

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at CraftedSpoils.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
     

  • Order number
     

  • Reason for the refund
     

  • Photos (if the item was damaged or defective)
     

We will respond within [2–5 business days] with instructions on how to proceed.

 

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item was received damaged or incorrect:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
     

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

If the item was defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–10 business days] via your original payment method.

Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
 

  • Gift cards
     

  • Personalized or custom-made products
     

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
     

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again
     

  • Contact your payment provider
     

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at CraftedSpoils.com

7. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at CraftedSpoilsTeam@gmail.com

1. Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products (including downloadable files, 3D models, templates, and other digital assets) are treated differently from physical products:

  • Non‑Refundable: All sales of digital products are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

    • Because digital files cannot be “returned” like physical goods, refunds are not available after delivery or access.

    • This includes cases where the customer changes their mind, does not have compatible software, or makes a mistake in purchase.

  • Exceptions (Limited):

    • If a file is corrupt, defective, or fails to download, please contact us @ CraftedSpoilsTeam@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order number and issue details. We will work to provide a replacement file if possible.

    • Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund only if the file has not been accessed or delivered.

By purchasing digital products from craftedspoils.com, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
