1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–7 business days] after payment is confirmed.
     

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
     

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
     

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs, or weather.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: The United kingdom
     

  • International: Worldwide
     

Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may be imposed once a shipment reaches your country.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
     

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
     

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received
     

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us to help initiate an investigation with the carrier.

 

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Items shipped to an incorrect address
     

  • Re-shipping fees due to address errors
