Custom Orders - Terms & Conditions
Starting Price
Custom projects start from £100. Final pricing depends on the complexity of the design, size of the item, materials required, and production time.
Quotes & Estimates.
All quotes are provided based on the project brief supplied at the time of enquiry. Quotes reflect the scope of work described at that time. If the scope of the project changes, or additional features or requirements are requested during development, the quote may be revised. Any changes to the price will always be communicated and agreed upon before additional work continues
Deposit, Quote Revisions & Final Payment
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. This deposit is non-refundable and covers the time, resources, and development involved in designing and preparing the custom item.
The deposit is calculated from the quoted total at the time the deposit is paid. If the quote is later revised due to design changes or additional work, the remaining balance will be adjusted to reflect the revised total minus the deposit already paid.
For example:
If the original quote is £400 and a £200 deposit is paid, but the revised total becomes £420, the remaining balance due before shipping would be £220.
If the revised total becomes lower than the amount already paid, the difference will be refunded or credited.
Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Development & Updates
During the development process, I will work closely with you and provide progress updates where appropriate, including images or videos. Updates may also be requested during development so you can follow the progress of your custom item.
Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions within the scope of the original brief are included during development. If additional features, major changes, or new requirements are introduced that differ from the original brief, additional charges may apply. Any additional costs will always be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Cancellation
If a customer chooses to cancel the project after work has begun, the initial 50% deposit will not be refunded, as it covers time already invested into the project.
Final Approval, Payment & Shipping
Once the item has been completed and you are satisfied with the final design, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the item is shipped. The item will only be dispatched once the final payment has been received.
Custom Order Refund Policy
All custom orders are non-refundable, as each item is made specifically to order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos of the damage. I will review the issue and work with you to find the best possible solution depending on the extent of the damage.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer receives the finished physical item only. The creator retains the rights to the underlying digital 3D model and may use images of the work for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.
Agreement
By submitting a custom order request and paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
